Dr. Katie Voss is an associate veterinarian with a focus on equine sports medicine, lameness and emergency care. Her professional interests include diagnostic imaging, injury management and optimizing performance in equine athletes. Growing up in the Hunter/Jumper circuit and competing in sports through the semi-professional level, Dr. Voss brings a personal appreciation for the athlete to her clinical work.

Dr. Voss earned a Master’s Degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Arizona. A leader throughout her education, she served as President of the ACVP and Vice President of the AAEP. Following graduation, she completed an advanced rotating internship at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital Wellington, focusing on surgery, internal medicine and emergency care. Her approach emphasizes thorough diagnostics and treatment plans tailored to each horse’s specific discipline and goals.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Voss enjoys spending time at the beach with her two children, cooking and reading.
