MEET DR. COURTNEY ROSS

Dr. Courtney Ross was born and raised in Eaton Rapids, MI. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine/Biochemistry from the University of Olivet. Dr. Ross continued her education in Harrogate, TN receiving her master’s in veterinary biomedical sciences, followed by her doctorate from Lincoln Memorial University – College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Over the summers 2020 and 2021, she continued to come back to the Bluegrass and participate in research at the University of Kentucky Maxwell H. Gluck Equine Research Center. After graduation, she began an internship with Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital and is currently fulfilling a one-year residency at a local thoroughbred breeding farm. She became an associate in 2024.

In her free time, she enjoys baking for friends and family, watching college football with her husband, and going on adventures with her labrador, Wren. Her interests include ambulatory medicine and diagnostic imaging.
